Baptism is a beautiful way to publicly declare your commitment to following Jesus. Just as Jesus himself was baptized (Mark 1:9), he instructed his followers to do the same (Matthew 28:18-20).

Think of baptism as a joyful welcome into the incredible family of God! Galatians 3:26-27 says, "For in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ."

Baptism is also linked to God's amazing grace and the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit in your life (Acts 2:38, Romans 6:3-4). It's the start of a new journey, serving God and experiencing the abundant life He offers!
